About the Doctor
Dr. Daniel Sletten believes each patient is “one of a kind” and should be treated by a doctor who can take time to focus on his or her specific wants and needs. That’s why he will see you or your child each and every visit.
Dr. Sletten graduated Salutatorian of the 1999 University of Minnesota dental class. He earned a master's degree and a certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Iowa. His research has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and he is committed to furthering his education to remain on the leading edge of the field.
He currently works as part-time faculty member at the University of Minnesota Department of Orthodontics and is honored to be a part of the Logan Lewis Cleft Lip and Palate team at St. Paul’s Children’s Hospital. His professional memberships include the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association and the St. Paul District Dental Society.
Dr. Sletten believes that well-educated patients in a pressure free environment make better treatment choices, so he makes sure his patients get the undivided attention they deserve.
He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children, Jacob, Anders and Macallan.
